Professional Statement

Dr. Jadilyn believes in treating patients as if they are her family members. She strives to provide the best experience—clearly identify dental problems, provide treatment options that is well-explained so patients can make decisions that is best for them, being efficient in dental procedures, and aim for painless injections with a patented device that change anesthetic from acidic to neutral prior to delivery. She keeps current with guidelines and protocols from the American Dental Association so patients can rest assured they are receiving care that is necessary, safe, effective, and backed by sound scientific evidence.

Personal Statement

Dr. Jadilyn is proud of her Vietnamese heritage and its deliciously healthy cuisine. She immigrated to the United States when she was thirteen years old and worked diligently to get to where she is today. She resides in Saint Paul with her husband Dr. John Grittner and two lovely children. John Grittner, DDS

Dr. John Grittner graduated from the University of MN with a biology degree, a minor in youth work, and a strong interest in child development. These explorations lead him to the field of dentistry where he later attended the University of MN School of Dentistry and met Dr. Jadilyn Grittner. Together they decided to move "up north" and he worked with The Red Lake Nation and with other Indian Health Service clinics. These experiences helped him shape the doctor-patient relationship where utmost trust and integrity is necessary.

After returning to the Twin Cities, Dr. John spent the next few years focusing on family dentistry increasing his skills and scope of practice in St. Paul, a place where he and Dr. Jadilyn have chosen to live a raise a family of their own. His overall goal is to create long-term relationships with his patients where all aspects of preventive and cosmetic dentistry can be incorporated into his patients' smile and oral health. Dr. John is excited to start this next chapter in life with his wife Dr. Jadilyn and lead the team of Highgrove Dental Care.
