New Covid-19 Policies
Patients, Parents and Guardians:
Everyone must wear a mask or other face-covering when entering the building. The patient may remove their mask once they are seated in the treatment room.
You will remain in the car when arriving at our office. Call us when you have arrived. We will tell you when it’s time for you to enter the building.
Only the patient, and if necessary, the parent/guardian, will be allowed in the building. No siblings or other individuals may enter.
Waiting areas such as the lobby are closed. During the patient’s appointment, the parent/ guardian will return and wait in their car. If necessary, a parent or guardian may be in the treatment room with the patient.
Upon entering the building, all individuals will be asked to sanitize their hands, screened for COVID-19 by answering a few questions and having their temperature taken by a no-touch forehead thermometer.
For everyone’s safety, anyone with a temperature of 100.0 or higher will be required to leave the building.
At the beginning of every appointment, you will be asked to pre-rinse with a mouth wash that includes hydrogen peroxide (1.5%)
Patients will be given eye protection to wear during their appointment.
Your Highgrove Dental Care Staff:
